Perfect Hunt : Red Deer

The world’s fourth largest deer. Closely related to the American elk or wapiti, but somewhat smaller. Stags can reach 530 lb (240 kg), hinds 370 lb (170 kg), with much local variation. Native to woodland, but adapts well to open country; lives exclusively in the open in Scotland.
